Tanya Busse is a Canadian visual artist whose conceptual practice raises questions concerning deep-time, invisible architecture and larger systems of power through an experimental and often playful approach. She works primarily with video, photography and printed matter. She holds an MA in Capitalism, Sustainability and Art from the Art Academy in Tromsø, and a BFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax. She has exhibited at Galerie Sans Nom, Moncton, Canada (2015); Gallery 44: Center for Contemporary Photography in Toronto, Canada (2013); Turku Biennial in Turku, Finland (2013); and is currently the co-director of Small Projects (Tromsø) and Mondo Books.

Marte Gunnufsen currently works and lives in Oslo, having graduated from Bergen Academy of Art and Design in 2014. Prior Master’s studies in contemporary piano has given her performances, films and installations a distinct musical foundation. Her work is often marked by visual and aural dissonance due to intricate antagonisms, and thematically she is concerned with marginalised groups and otherness. Gunnufsen has exhibited her work at KNIPSU in Bergen, Galleria KONE in Finland, Extrapool in the Netherlands, Kunsnternes Hus in Oslo, Bomuldsfabriken (ARTendal in Arendal, and at The Norwegian Short Film Festival in Grimstad.

Joakim Martinussen was born in Tromsø, Norway and currently lives and works in Vienna, Austria. He is a multidisciplinary artist working with textile, drawing, installation and video, probing in his work ideas about discipline and time. His work has been exhibited at venues such as Astrup Fearnley Museet, Oslo, Norway; Spreez, Munich, Germany; Gloria Knight, Auckland, New Zealand; Kerstin Engholm Gallery, Vienna, Austria. Martinussen received his education at the Academy of Fine Art, Oslo, Norway; Städelschule, Frankfurt, Germany and Akademie der Bildenden Künste, Vienna, Austria.

Nils Elvebakk Skalegård works and lives in Copenhagen. He finalized his Master’s degree at Valand School of Fine Arts in Gothenburg in 2013, having initially taken a Bachelor’s degree at Bergen Academy of Art and Design. Partially influenced by his background from Northern Norway, much of his art is concerned with themes such as nature and indigenous man in encounters with mass culture. Skalegård works primarily with drawn collages, watercolour, and sculpture in unglazed clay. His work has been exhibited at Atelier September, Copenhagen, Udstillingstedet Q, Copenhagen, and Malmø Konsthall.

Vikram Uchida-Khanna is an interdisciplinary artist based in Oslo. He studied at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver and at The National Academy of the Arts in Oslo. He has participated in exhibitions at the Audain Gallery, Vancouver; Gallery D.O.R., Brussels; and NoPlace, Oslo. His work explores moments in which countercultural movements and modes of protest and criticality have emerged.
