The purpose of the processing of personal data
North Norwegian Art Centre is an art center for visual arts in Northern Norway. North Norwegian Art Centre runs a programme of exhibitions, art projects, festivals, seminars, educational activities and Artist in Residence-programs. North Norwegian Art Centre manages application based support to artists and professionals in the field of visual art.

Information on these areas, invitations for events and vacant positions in the art centre are spread via e-mail to the contacts that are registered in the CRM-system Mail Chimp.

Which personal data are processed
The maximum data that can be registered is name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, category (curator, director, artist, gallerist, press etc.), employer and position.

The basis for the processing
People register themselves to receive information and will only receive information the categories they have registered themselves for. It is voluntary to register with North Norwegian Art Centre to receive information through e-mail. The minimum data needed for registration is name and e-mail address.

Withdrawal or change of the basis for processing
People that no longer wish to subscribe for the information they have registered for, can change or cancel their subscription via the link given at the bottom of our Newsletter. People that no longer want to have their personal data registered with the North Norwegian Art Centre can request erasure of their own personal data. Such inquiry can be sent to post@nnks.no.

To whom personal data possibly can be exposed
North Norwegian Art Centre neither share, sell nor exchange your personal data with any third parties. Neither does the Data processor apart from possible third party service providers or product suppliers working on their behalf or that they cooperate with.

How long can the personal data be kept?
The personal data is kept until the person himself/herself contacts North Norwegian Art Centre via post@nnks.no and requests for erasure of his/her personal data.

Right for insight, correction and erasure
People that have registered their personal data in MailChimp with North Norwegian Art Centre can address us via post@nnks.no and ask for access to their data, to correct their data, to erase their data and request limitations in the processing of their personal data and to resist certain forms for processing.
